Due to my current house mate moving away due to work there is a LARGE 4.1m x 3.7m spare room for rent 1 street back from the river / boardwalk, 5 minutes from gasworks and public transport. The unit and bedrooms are larger than you would find anywhere else in Newstead and have plenty of privacy as they are separated by the living / dining room. The unit is fully furnished (the bedroom will be left empty, but I can arrange a queen bed frame and mattress if needed) The spare captures plenty of natural light and breezes thanks to the large operable windows and has its private bathroom with toilet and shower. The unit has built in robes, AC, fan and blinds with the rest of the unit having ducted Air conditioning throughout and a large balcony. Located on Newstead Terrace. There is plenty of shelf space in the fridge, pantry and laundry and we will have our own shelves.

The complex is quiet, and away from all the construction, there are 2 pools, a spa, gym and Sauna as well as BBQ facilities.
There is plenty of visitor parking and the room comes with a free residence on streetcar parking permit.
