About occupants
Hi, I’m Matt. I'm a 34-year-old single queer guy working full-time arts and culture at a national organisation. My role involves a mix of working from home, going into the office occasionally, and frequent travel interstate and across Queensland. In recent times, I've found myself on the move alot - between work travel and visiting family in North Queensland where I share caring responsibilities as EPOA for my dad, there's some months where I'm away more than I am home. I’m passionate about LGBTQIA+ communities and am on a couple of advisory boards.

I’m interested in comedy, politics, theatre, film, art, music, the Matildas, attending gigs, adventuring in great outdoors, enjoying the odd drink while out and about, live music, crime dramas, French film, Australian stories, queer cinema, learning to DJ, and, of course, making lists.
Compatible people
I'm looking for a housemate who appreciates a respectful but chill social vibe. Clean and neat living is a must. I also value creating a space where we can unwind together over dinner, wine, or hosting friends if we are in the mood.

I don't have many rules for my house, but I do have one, and that is that we never, ever, use the big light.
