The bathroom itself comes with cabinet space, a toilet and a shower with a built-in tub. Additionally, the house is super spacious with your bedroom and toilet on one side and the roommates on the other side.

This home has a shared living area and kitchen area and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Currently, the third bedroom is being used as a storage space, which means you will get your own bedroom and bathroom (and of course if a third roommate is wanted, we can discuss it :) ).
Parking wise there is on street parking and a car port which will also you will take turns with the roommate.
This house is also in an exquisite location, being 15 mins drive away from CBD, 10 mins drive away from the gabba. 5 mins walk to Norman Park train station.

The water bills are included in this property. However, electricity and gas will be split between the roommates.
