A beautiful house that has all you need. 2 rooms available. The 3rd room will be a guest room for everyone to use for guests. Woolworths is only a 2min drive down the road, train station is a 5min walk and Chermside only 10min drive away. Bus routes travel frequently within 2min walking. It's a very modern house with an amazing kitchen, and open living space/dining room. There is also and upstairs area that can be used as a secondary TV/lounge/entertainment space that you can use with your own furniture if you with. A very quiet area and awesome place to live!

I'm a professional guy. Work fulltime in a job that is my ultimate passion (the pipe organ - And i have a digital instrument at home which is my pride and joy!). It's in a room downstairs and can be played very softly so not to disturb neighbours or others in the house when doing some practice. Outside of work i enjoy my downtime at home usually cooking awesome food, or chilling with some movies on Netflix. When i can i enjoy getting away, and aim to travel internationally once a year. Enjoy having friends over occasionally and cooking for them, but not a "big party person" as such.
Compatible people
Looking for 2 people to share the house with me. Steady employment is key (as you'll be added to the lease as an approved applicant). People who love food and/or like to cook would be a bonus as i love cooking, and cooking for people. Good conversation is lovely over a drink in the evenings, but also enjoy and respect downtime. I love keeping a clean and tidy house, so I'll look after the gardening and cleaning of the place for you. Otherwise, a normal, simple living arrangement would be good.
