Description of the home

Information:
• Living with 3 other boys (ages 19, 23, 25)
• Bond is 5 weeks rent but you will get this back when you move out
• Shared bathroom with 2 other boys
• Close to Nudgee Train Station and motorway
• Parking spaces available
• Social flat, not a party flat but don’t mind it!
• Ideally staying 3 months+ but will make an exception if you’re a legend
• No pets allowed by landlord sorry!
• Air con in living room, fan in your room
• BBQ and backyard (see pics)
• Expenses usually 20-30$ per week (depending on how much power we use)
• Washing machine + Dryer + Dishwasher

What we’re looking for
• We are only boys but if you’re a girl you can still apply if you’re comfortable with that!
• Good vibes and social
• Ideally 18-30
• Can pay rent every week (has source of income)
• Ideally interested in sport, fitness, travel, going out and doing stuff, outdoors (any of these is good)
