Home Description

Description of the home

The house is fully furnished, aside from the bedroom. It’s perched on a fairly steep hill, but there’s a bus stop not too far away. The closest Woolworths is about a 3 to 5 minute drive.

We’re in a quiet pocket of Paddington, right on the border of Bardon. The CBD is roughly a 10 minute drive, and Suncorp Stadium is about a 20 minute walk.

There's a gorgeous courtyard out the front for those sunny days!

Unfortunately, no pets as the landlord has recently replaced the carpet.

About occupants
Hey there, I’m Tim, a 39yo IT professional. I swim most days, hit the gym a few times a week, and like getting outdoors when I can, usually aiming for a hike on weekends.

I’ve been in Brisbane just over a year, so I’m also keen to meet new people and build a bit of a social circle.

I’m pretty laid back and easy to live with. Not much bothers me. I’m in the office most weekdays, and when I’m home I keep things fairly quiet. I’ll have music on sometimes, but never blasting it.

My current housemate is moving out with his partner, so the spare room will be available.

Dinner is a bit hit and miss, but I usually try to eat at home during the week. Happy to share the occasional meal or just do our own thing.
Compatible people
Definitely someone who doesnt mind a chat when we're in shared spaces. Someone who is tisy and will clean up after themselves. Its definitely not a party house.
Most of all, the most important thing is communication. If theres ever an issue then raise it instead of sitting on it.

You'll need to go onto the lease so the longer you can stay the better.

Bonus points if you're up for joining in on a weekend hike.
Description of pets
Don't have any pets - unfortunately the landlord won't allow them as we've just got new carpets
