Fully furnished 4 bedroom house - My current housemate is moving to the GC for work so I will be the only person living here.
This is a Large house with two separate living areas and bathrooms so have a decent amount of privacy for each person, with a shared kitchen. A spare room with a queen size bed if friends or family stay, and there is a shared office as well.
All rooms are air conditioned bar the spare room. A good sized yard with a high rock retaining wall and a timber fence so the yard is private. Gas cooktop and hot water, Roof Solar Panels and a rainwater tank all helps keep living costs down.
10mins walk to the nearest bus stops and 10mins drive to Redbank train station on a main line.

I enjoy spending time working on my project car/s, or out with mates. I also enjoy watching anime, reading manga and cooking.
It would also be great to find a housemate who likes animals as my dog loves company, and if possible someone with similar interests (Cars, bikes, Japan, gym, etc) but not essential. I'm usually out and about so there's a high chance of having the place to yourself more often than not.
Both are quiet and super affectionate and love a cuddle
