About occupants
Hi, I’m Bec – 34, single, and a full-time high school teacher. My evenings are usually pretty low-key: reading, watching TV, and generally relaxing. I’m lucky enough to get school holidays, which I spend partly out with family and friends and partly catching up on home projects.

The house comes with one furry housemate: Kovu – the best boy around. He’s house trained, a great guard dog, and loves a good pat. He’s also a very firm “no” on other animals and young children, so it’s just us humans here.

What’s on offer:
Unfurnished room in a calm, tidy home
Fully furnished shared spaces, including fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, and appliances provided
Your own fridge available if you’d like
All bills included (electricity, water, internet and gas – no surprises)
Your own bathroom (shared only with the occasional guest)
Street parking available

House rules:
No smoking on the premises
No parties (Netflix and snacks = yes)

Perfect for a tidy, respectful person who’s after a stress-free living arrangement in a quiet environment.
Compatible people
Looking for someone tidy, reliable, and considerate. Must be a non-smoker.
Description of pets
My dog, Kovu, is the best boy when at home. He's a good guard dog and will let you know if someone is around. He's house trained, has impeccable manners (no furniture hopping), and loves lots of pats.
He is no good with other animals or young children.
