It is an older house, large kitchen space, lounge room is separated into an eating nook and lounging space. Aircon in the lounge room and room being rented.
Planning to have ceiling fans installed soon.
Decent sized yard that is kept maintained but needs some work. Can have dogs in the yard
On a bus route.
10minute walk from Riverview train station
Down the road from a large parkland
Room has a double bed, a clothing rack, cube shelf and a small book shelf. Totally optional to have or not have these items in the room.

I'm a gardener, I sing in a choir, I spend a lot of time with my partner and my friends.
My partner (male) does spend time over occasionally and very rarely sleeps over
I try and keep things clean but I can take a few days to get to chores like the dishes or laundry. Im okay at keeping communal spaces clean but things that are my space it's sometimes not great at cleaning it quickly.
I don't want indoor dogs or cats. Tanked or caged pets are fine if the smell is kept low.
I'm good with outdoor dog/s but the back fence will need a quick fix up. I'd say it's current state is temporarily okay at keeping a dog in but I'd definitely have to get started on the repairs for it
