This apartment is less than 8months old and is modern, clean and quiet. Fully furnished featuring a gas cooktop, fridge, washing/dryer, beds and tv.

Walking distance to busses, in late 2024 the new Rochedale bus depot opens (3min walk) with bus services to the city, st Lucia etc.

The apartment is above a range of retailers including anytime fitness, a cafe, pizza and a barber.

The apartment is secure and there will be 1 secure carpark available.

There are two sections to the house. A two bedroom open-plan section that is exclusively yours. And an adjoining separate studio that is my office.

I will never enter the two bedroom apartment and you will not have access to the studio. The only shared spaces are hallway/laundry and patio.

Can make this female-only or male-only apartment and open to people of all faiths.

The studio I use as an office. The two bedroom apartment is exclusively yours and I will not enter that section of the house.

The balcony is shared but a partition can be erected.

You must be clean and tidy. Clean up after yourself. Take care of the apartment. Regularly mop/vac and keep your bathrooms & toilets cleaned.

No smoking (vape is fine). No parties but quiet get togethers and celebrations okay. Big drinkers loud music etc. no deal.
