This property is a 5 minute drive to Scarborough beach, close to a shopping centre, is modern, open plan and has all household requirements of a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
It is a comfortable house, with a back patio and lovely private well treed front and backyard.
You would have a room and the room fits a queen bed and you have your own bathroom.
Please single ppl only and prefer a housemate to be currently working but not shift workers.
