The Photo is not the double room my apologies this is a pic of the single room. I am near shops easy walk or bus stop at the door. Solar power so electricity would be very reasonable use the sunshine while it is there. Also have lots of garden space, watered from rain water tanks. Downstairs another toilet and shower in laundry area. Also as a pool room and kitchenette and another tv. Grow your own or just harvest what is here. Back deck to relax and have breakfast or chill out in the evening.
As I now have and electric roller gate the bond adjustment to be added to include the remote control key and reconfigure replacement key.
