Clean renovated furnished double bedroom with doors to a balcony. Gay guy preferred to join gay /Bi household. The ideal housemate is by nature clean and tidy. Spacious modern and very clean house which would suit a very tidy gay Bi guy. It is only 10 minutes walk to Queen Street Mall or 5 minutes through a park to Central Station. Close to all CBD facilities and supermarkets etc. The street however is very quiet. Would not suit someone with a car as permit and street parking spaces can be a bit limiting. Fully furnished and spacious house with tranquil back garden. NON SMOKERS ONLY.
