This is a private, 2 bedroom fully furnished self-contained apartment at the edge of Spring Hill/Fortitude Valley, easy walking distance of Fortitude Valley train station, the CBD, and across the street from a park. The apartment is on the ground floor of a double storey building and has its own entrance and off-street parking. Rent is $850/week and includes all bills (electricity, gas, water and internet). The apartment is fully stocked with everything you need including bedding, bathroom and kitchen items as it was previously rented as an airbnb apartment.
We live in a separate unit on the second floor of the building with our two children, so the ideal tenants would be comfortable with normal family noise from above, but you would not be sharing our living space. LGBTQ+ tenants are very welcome — we are an LGBTQ+ household ourselves.
