I have another Housemate, female 23 who works fulltime. She's very clean and tidy and this is who you will share a bathroom with. I work fulltime Tuesday to Saturday, I start early and finish early. I have my granddaughter each afternoon after school for a couple hours. Bills are included but if water bill increases a lot I will ask for extra from everyone. There is parking in a lock up garage. I won't ever say no to help mowing and whipper snippered if offered. I take pride in my yard. We share the house cleaning every 3 weeks it will be your turn to do floors and make sure kitchen is clean. The bathroom cleaning will be worked out between yourself and current Housemate.
