Comfortable 4-bedroom home with open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge, plus a fully fenced backyard.
The house is well set up for shared living, with two fridges, fast internet, and all essential appliances included. Solar power helps keep electricity costs down, and there’s a water tank on the property.
Shared spaces are relaxed and inviting, with a small home gym set up for general use. We’re also in the process of converting the garage into an additional shared space (Using side street, street parking instead.), so this will continue to improve over time.
Located in Springfield Lakes, just minutes from Orion Shopping Centre, Springfield Central Station and nearby bus stops, with easy access to cafes, lakes, parks and sports courts.

Manny is a 9-year-old staffy — a friendly inside/outside dog who’s generally low energy, loves his toys and cuddles, and enjoys his daily walks.
