Bills and expenses
All bills are included in rent, however a hand with the lawns every now and then would be great, I have Netflix, Disney, prime etc all at house which I’ll give you access to, as well as internet with no limit, food- I cook enough to feed an army so happy to feed you, just buy your own necessities and munchies etc and the occasional chip in for food would be great or cook dinner a couple of times during the week, we can work it out,

my names Janine I’m 48 but I act like I’m 38, and son is 17, he is transgender, we are both very quiet respectful people, Matt’s a full time student and works casually, I work full time and also do independent support work on a Saturday, the only day I am home most of the day is Sundays and that’s even rare, the house is very open and clean, we have 2 very friendly but dumb dogs and 2 cats, I drink occasionally but only a can here and there, we often light the fire pit and chill out the back, we are both very chill and don’t take things seriously, I am happy to send videos or photos of the entire house or your welcome to come have a look, it’s $300 per week including bills and pay tv, we have a pool and live close to shops and public transport. I tend to cook enough food for an army so there is always left overs however you will be required to buy your own necessities and munchies, we are a 3 minute walk from bus stop and shops please send me a text message

We have two cats inside both very friendly one is ridiculously friendly, and I have two dogs at home. They are both outside. One is an Afghan hound and the other is a choice across also both very friendly. However the Afghan hound is very dumb but he’s lovely.
