This is a relaxing and quiet home. We don't do parties or social get-togethers. If you want to live in a quiet place with a pair of guys who are friendly and have a chat but largely keep to themselves, this is for you!

Jay - He's the guy that rents the room next to yours and the guy you will share a bathroom with. He's friendly and keeps to himself. He is also in charge of keeping this place connected to the internet!

Blair - He's the guy that rents the master bedroom. If you are lucky, you might see him leaving for work, cooking or doing laundry! He's also friendly but keeps to himself. Rent and power come from his accounts and he usually talks to the property manager.

We're a pair of Aussie blokes who each have some form of professional job. We are friendly to each other, have a chat every now and then, pay stuff on time, but generally keep out of each other's way! And that's exactly how we like it!
