The home is in Stafford Heights. We are 500m away from Rode Rd Shopping Centre - Woolworths, Cafe, Sushi, Post Office, etc. We have a local gym which is the same distance. Westfield Chermside is only a 12 minute drive away. Very close to public transport, with a bus stop only a 7 minute walk away.
The house has polished wooden floorboards with carpeted bedrooms. It is a large kitchen space with plenty of storage and an abundance of natural light. The kitchen opens up onto a lovely, sheltered porch that overlooks the yard. The lounge is the room with the air conditioning.
