This is a 4 bedroom house located in Sunnybank Hills. Ideal for university students or someone young working full time who would like to live with likeminded people.

We are under a 10 minute drive to Griffith University Nathan and Mt Gravatt campus. I catch the bus into the city everyday and it is only 25 minutes on the bus.

Two of the current roommates work full time as a bartender and a truck driver. They are both 20-21 males. They are currently not on the lease and will not sign the new lease but they live as approved persons on the property paying rent to myself. They have been doing so now with no issues for about 10 months and are keen to keep living here.

The reason for the add is my best mate is moving overseas and his room and spot on the lease is available. His room is the one available and it is the largest of the house. It is on the corner with two large windows and a ceiling fan.

Yes rent is that cheap, the rent for the whole place is really cheap but with the current arrangement from the other two mates rent is split 4 ways and is dirt cheap.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen and is furnished. It is a two story house with the lower level as only a garage for plenty of storage, there is even a pool table under the house for beers on a Friday night.

Pros:
- 2 cars easily fit in the driveway and there is plenty of on street parking as we live on a dead-end street.

Hi, my name is Angus and looking for someone to take over my mates part of the lease for 6 months. Current lease is up on 12 September and will be resigning for 6 months. With the option to renew after.

I am 22 and currently studying law and will be finishing my degree in Feb. I am also working full time in a law firm at the city.

I am ideally looking for another male who is of similar age to take over the room. As mentioned this is only available as my best mate is going overseas. Looking for someone who is similar age who is either in full time employment or studying full time.

For my hobbies, I race motorbikes and love the gym. A good weekend on the beers is something I don't often turn down and pretty easy to get along with.

The other current roommates like to keep to themselves however they are always up for a chat when I bump into them.
