I’m looking for one female flatmate (25+), ideally a student or professional who is studying and working either full-time or part-time.
This home suits someone who values a quiet, tidy, and respectful living environment. You must be clean, keep your room tidy, and share responsibility for maintaining the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, and lounge). This is not a party house — there is minimal traffic and no large gatherings.
The house includes double remote garage parking, a shared bathroom and toilet, and access to the kitchen and upstairs lounge. There is also a downstairs rumpus room, which is private and used for my online business.
Rent is $290 per week, including water and high-speed Wi-Fi. Electricity is shared between housemates.
You will need to be comfortable around large dogs — this is a one-pet household with a friendly Rottweiler who has a job to do keeping the property safe. I study and work, so I keep a quiet routine and respect personal space, but I’m happy to catch up for a chat now and then.
