This apartment is in an ideal location for UQ and QUT students, and is also within walking distance to Indooroopilly and Toowong shopping centres. It's also right next to two bus stops for north and south Brisbane access, and a short walk from Taringa train station, making access to local beaches and sights very easy.
The apartment has a balcony, and is fully furnished with a sofa, beanbag, chairs and dining table. The laundry room has a washing machine, and there is a washing line outside or laundromat very nearby. We also have a large garage underneath the flat. The room is also furnished with a comfortable bed, new mattress, desk, study chair, mirror, and in-built wardrobe with draws. I am happy to remove the room furniture if you need :)

Bills and expenses
Water is included in the rent. We have strong internet which only costs around $20 a month each (split evenly between the three residents). Electricity costs around $35 a month, also split evenly.
