Real estate have offered 1 year lease. Move in is any time from 14th April-15th May (flexible)- the real estate has just asked to confirm within the next two weeks (before 14th April)

Cosy 2-bedroom Queenslander with plenty of character. The house features a sunroom perfect for a study space, a bath, dishwasher, and air-conditioning in the lounge.

There’s a large garden (I have a dog), plus a huge storage space downstairs and a 2-car undercover carport. The location is super convenient, just a short walk to the bus stop and only 20 minutes to the city by bus. If you love nature, Toohey Forest is nearby for bushwalks and fresh air.

The real estate are pretty good as far as real estates go- we have fairly regular inspections (every 4-6 months), but they are pretty chill!

I have a washing machine, dryer, couch, tv, fridge, all the kitchen appliances (toaster, kettle, air fryer, coffee machine, toastie maker), desk in the study, and all the other furniture and things to make a very cosy home. You’ll just need to furnish your room- and of course anything else you want in the shared space- we can make the whole house feel comfy and safe and warm for everyone, I’m down for a redecorate. There is plenty of shelf room for trinkets and knick knacks.

I have lived here for three years now, my housemate is moving out with their partner so I’m looking for a new housemate to move in, no bad blood, just new life stages!

Bills and expenses

Electricity is about $80 a month. I currently don’t have wifi, as my housemate that is moving out has that currently so will have to look into getting that.
