A great older timber style home which is large/spacious and provides a feeling of privacy and relaxation. The house is set down from the street for privacy on a large double block nestled amongst trees and only a short walk to Toohey Forrest providing a piece of country only 6 kms from the CBD, close to Griffith University Nathan, Cafes, Supermarket.

I am looking for a quiet, happy, easy-going no drama boarder Male or Female NO COUPLES for 2-3 months only, the property will be redeveloped early 2026. Share with easy-going mature female and 27yo Indian male. We are looking for someone who is happy to do their own thing catching up for a chat and a laugh here and there usually in the kitchen :).

This is Definitely Not a Party House, Low Traffic, so if you like to have people coming and going and gatherings then my home is not for you. I like my home living to be simple, clean and tidy.

I have a beautiful big Rottweiler who protects the house and the people living within so you will need to be comfortable around large dogs, he is trained. he is a mobile security system with a job to do, so any visitors happy to have them come to see you although I will need to know in advance to ensure their safety.
