A great older timber style home which is large/spacious and provides a feeling of warmth and relaxation. The house is set on just under 1/2-acre block nestled amongst trees and only a short walk to Toohey Forrest giving the feeling of tranquility, a piece of country.

I am looking for a quiet, happy easygoing no drama housemate Male or Female NO COUPLES to share with easygoing relaxed female and young male, you will need to be someone who is happy to do their own thing catching up for a chat here and there as we both are busy.

You must be someone who can clean up after themselves and share in normal domestic chores like take the rubbish out, sweep the kitchen floor, wipe down benches etc

I'm Dee I am a full-time mature student; I am also self-employed working 4 days a week and run a full-time online business from home so I'm a really busy person during the week and most weekends.

Gotham the other housemate is a 23 yo full time student and part time worker of 3 days who keeps to himself most of the time other than a catch-up chat in the kitchen during cook times.

This is definitely not a party house, I like for my home living to be simple, clean and tidy and definitely drama free.

Must love animals - I have Mobile Security on premises to ensure we stay save, he is a purebred Rottweiler who is a beautiful big boy which loves to play and receive cuddles but knows he has a job to do and will ensure the property is safe at all times.

You will need to be comfortable around big dogs as he is a guard dog not just a pet.

Safety is important NO visitors are permitted to enter the property without my knowing in advance as he is a guard dog and will protect the property so if you like to have lots of people coming and going my home is not for you.

The room is unfurnished, but I can help with some furnishings if required.
