Description of the home

Our house is spacious, furnished, and split across two levels.

Upstairs (you’ll be sharing this level with Elaine):

- 3 bedrooms (yours, Elaine’s + a guest room)

- Cozy living room

- Fully equipped kitchen with all kitchenware
- Shared bathroom

- Huge balcony (still needs furnishing 😊)

Downstairs:

- Charlotte & Bryden’s bedroom

- Laundry

- Storage room

- Beautiful backyard with lots of greenery

The house is almost fully set up, so you don’t need to bring much. If you have extra furniture, we’ve got a spacious storage room.

Driveway info: The driveway to the house is quite small and can fit a maximum of three cars. If you don’t have a car, no worries — but if you do, it’ll probably need to be parked on the street.

The Gap is honestly so good.

- Bus stop 1 minute walk away

- Another major bus stop that takes you to Roma st busway interchange about 4 mins walk

- Village shopping centre just 1.6km away (3 min drive or 8 min bus ride)

- Only 25 mins by bus to Roma Street or 15 min drive (8.3km)

Pub, gym, bottle shop, fuel stations, cafés and bakery are all easily accessible and many walking distance. Public transport is super convenient and you’re close to everything you need.

We’re in our early–mid 20s and have a good balance between work, study and social life. During the week things are usually busy with work, but sometimes we’ll have friends over, host small gatherings, or head out for drinks at the pub.

We respect each other’s space, communicate openly, look out for each other and are generous.
