My partner and I are moving in together, but his lease runs until the end of May. So we have a short-term rental available until the end of May, perfect for someone in that transition phase. The house is in South East Brisbane in Tingalpa, 1 minute to the M1 motorway so super handy getting anywhere!!

You’ll have the entire house to yourself!! And we will leave some of his stuff there available for you to use for every day convenience.

What’s included:
• The master bedroom, fully set up with a queen bed
• Full access to the whole house, including living area (couch) and fully equipped kitchen
• The other two bedrooms will be emptied.

We’re ideally looking to sublease to one person or a couple (in line with the owner’s arrangement).

There’s also potential for TV + WiFi to be included, making it a super easy, move-in-ready option.

It is an older house, but tidy and clean and perfect for a landing space.

💰 Rent: $450/week depending on needs and length of stay. Cheaper than the weekly rent or BnB prices.
