5 minutes drive from the shops, and two train stations. Walking distance to bus stop. Close to gateway arterial road. Perfect for someone who works from home or a student looking for peace and quiet. Hassle free, neat and tidy, respectful of property, good communication, honesty.

This space is perfect for FIFO workers and self employed professionals.

"The bedroom is comfortable, with ample cupboard space. The living room is spacious and cozy. The kitchen is equipped with all of the essentials. The bathroom also has lots of cupboard/storage space. The office space is perfect for anyone who works from home or needs a dedicated area for personal projects. It’s quiet, private, and has great lighting. It was so convenient to have a separate room to focus on work. One of the most unique features of this place is the sauna — I couldn’t believe my luck! It’s a real luxury to have this right in the apartment, and I made good use of it after stressful days. The sauna was well-maintained and always offered a relaxing, rejuvenating experience.

Everything was well-maintained, and I appreciated the little touches. Overall, the space is incredibly comfortable and well-equipped. I felt completely at home here and the only reason I am leaving is because I am jet-setting overseas, otherwise I would have happily stayed!

One of the standout aspects of my rental experience however, was the flatmates Katie and Troy who live upstairs. I had the chance to get to know them well, and I can confidently say they are two of the kindest and most considerate people I’ve met. They were always quick to respond to any questions I had and were very accommodating when I needed assistance with anything. Their genuine care for the property and their flatmates was evident in every interaction, which made living here feel even more special. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay."
