Hey there! I’m looking for a lovely human to fill the second bedroom in my cosy 2 bedroom apartment in Toowong. You’ll be sharing the space with me (28, friendly and chill, working as a medical receptionist at Headspace) and my beautiful Border Collie, Chase – who’s basically the best dog in the world.
The room is available furnished or unfurnished – totally up to you! It comes with a king sized bed and chest of drawers if needed, plus there’s heaps of storage in your room. We’ve got one shared bathroom, a dishwasher, and aircon is being installed very soon.
The apartment also features a balcony and a courtyard. We're in a prime location: walking distance to the river, Toowong Village, Toowong train station and just around the corner from Anzac Park and (in my opinion) the best coffee spot in Toowong
I’m a yoga-loving, gym-going, long-walk enthusiast who also enjoys a glass of wine and a chat! I love chilled nights in just as much as heading out for a cheeky drink or two. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who’s down to earth, respectful, and looking to stay for around a year or more.
Rent is $300 a week with bills included (just add $35/month for internet). It’s a warm, welcoming little apartment with a cute and peaceful vibe perfect for someone who’s easygoing and up for creating a homely space together.
