This is a relatively newly built modern two storey property with three living areas, two tvs, ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans, electronic security, internet and 2.5 bathrooms. You will have your own shower, vanity and toilet. We have a lovely private garden area and it is only 50m to the bus stop which connects to the train station and city. It is 100m to shops, gym, medical centre, grocery store and cafe. Having a car is preferable but it’s only a 25m minute journey by bus or train to the city.
