Our property is 15 mins drive to the CBD (about 30mins by bus), 5 mins drive to both Carindale and Garden city shopping centres (about 10-15mins by bus), 5min walk to Mount Gravatt central shopping complex and a 2 minute walk to the bus stop.

There is 1 of the 3 generously sized rooms available (Bed 1 on the plans and grey bed in the photos) all with ceiling fans. Unit also comes with air-conditioning in the common areas.
The room has a lockable door, it comes unfurnished but we can include a double bed, bedside tables, desk and chair upon request.

The area has a modern kitchen with all appliances supplied and quality cookware, there is a full bathroom with shower and separate bath plus a powder room so there is ample bathroom storage. All linens are supplied but you are obviously welcome to bring your own.
There is no parking on-site available, but there is plenty street parking on two side streets less than a minute walking distance.

You’ll be living with 2 lovely young ladies in their 20s who are quite neat and tidy, tend to enjoy their own space but are always up for a chat, and three adorable cats.

We do not allow smoking or vaping in or around the house by tenants or their guests.

All utilities and lawn maintenance are included in the rental price.

No more pets allowed as the property is at capacity and the house is NOT dog friendly.
Also there are friendly bees on the property, so please take note of that.

Room is available early to mid July.
