The home is on a street that is quiet and very easily accessible (within 5 mins drive or 10-15 min walk) to Coles, Woolies, Sunday morning markets, Westfield, bus stops and many other general services.
Also close to M3, M1 and Logan Road. Ample street parking for you to use if you have a car.
High speed wifi 100mbps is included in rent. You will be sharing the fridge and washing machine, kitchen area etc. You can also share the spare room in case either of you have any guests.
Home is also suitable for either single professionals, students or couples.

Description of pets
Current housemate has two cats, a Spinx and a Devon Rex. The Spinx is Jafar, and the Devon Rex is Kepa. Neither of them shed, Kepa is quite timid and runs away a lot, and Jafar is very friendly and likes almost everyone.
