1 bedroom in my 2 bedroom rental is coming available this week.
Fiancé and I separated and I would love the ability to stay in this beautiful little home with all the bells and whistles.

Would be open to sharing with a couple however the rent will be split evenly. If you are a couple interested in the room the rent will be $157 each.

Rent is excluding bills which include gas, electricity, NBN internet and water. All bills will be divided evenly from date of moving in. You will also be put on an offical lease with Place Newmarket.

Must be pet friendly people - I have a husky and a cat. Unfortunately the real estate is not willing to accept more animals.

Bond is 4 weeks rent.

Lease is until February 2022
