Inc in rent is 2 of the 3 bedrooms with aircon and built in robes, so you can sleep in 1 room and use the 2nd room as work space or watching TV if you dont want to share the large lounge space, or when you just want to be alone.

Includes bills for reasonable usage of water and electricity.

Includes off-street parking but not in a garage, its just in front of the garage.

ABOUT THE SPACE
A large home is available to rent in wavell heights. This includes furniture but not much bedroom furniture so want to bring your own.

You will be sharing the kitchen with the owner, a 49yo engineer who lives downstairs. Theres a large garden and back patio and a very friendly labrador that lives downstairs. There's also 1 other lady, late 30s sharing 1 room upstairs.

Wavell heights is a beautiful suburb, 10km or 20min to CBD, 12min to airport, 5min to chermside shops, 200m to public transport. The house is on a very peaceful street, not close to noisy main roads etc.
