Your room 🏡

The room is spacious, carpeted and fully air-conditioned, with built-in wardrobes and privacy screens outside the windows. You’ll share a large bathroom with Grady, which has both a shower and bathtub. There is also a second bathroom in the house if needed.

The house 🌿

The house is very large and spacious, with two separate living areas. This is great if you want to spend time outside your room but still have your own space and privacy.

There’s also a covered outdoor entertaining area, perfect for relaxing outside.

The kitchen is generous in size and comes equipped with a dishwasher and gas stove.

The entire house is air-conditioned, and there’s a small storage room inside, as well as additional outdoor storage if you need extra space for your belongings.

The house is fully furnished, excluding the bedroom, so you won’t need to worry about bringing or buying furniture for the shared spaces.

There is plenty of on-street parking available, as well as a massive fully fenced backyard.

Lease 📅

The current lease runs until January. At this stage, we’re unsure what the owner’s plans are beyond then, so this would be something to keep in mind.

Bills are split 3 ways with house mates
