The home is fully furnished, so no furniture is required.

You would be sharing the bathroom and toilet with one other female housemate, so we feel a female housemate would be the best fit for the household.

   •   TV/lounge room, dining area, and cosy sitting room
   •   Fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine, Thermomix, slow cooker, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster
   •   Laundry with new washing machine and dryer
   •   Second fridge in the garage (shared use)

   •   A leafy outdoor entertaining area with dining setting
   •   Off-street parking on a shaded grassed area
   •   A quiet, safe cul-de-sac location
