The apartment is in a great location. A train station is a 2 minute walk up the road, with a bus stop up the road as well. It is close to fortitude valley and the city if you like the night life, and lots of little shops and cafes are around too. There’s also a garage for your car, as I don’t have one. The home is slightly furnished. There is air-conditioning in the lounge room, and a dryer and washing machine already in the home.
