We are a couple in our 30s who lives upstairs with our friendly dog. The lease ends in December 2026 with house being demolished or reno by homeowner.

We are looking for new flatmates to live downstairs and sign lease from first week of April to December 2026. An individual or couple who is clean, respectful, and easygoing, social but also values their own space.
