I'm a full time shift worker.

I live alone in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house in upper Mooroobool.

I'm only looking for one house mate but open to accepting couples.

The room is fully furnished: features a queen bed, 2x bedside tables, built in wardrobe and air con.

The property is fully fenced, there's plenty of room in the yard to park your car. I have a garage if you would like to store a push bike.

Shared bathroom, but the toilet is in a separate room to the shower.

Asking price is $350 per week all bills included, or $400 for couples.

Depending on traffic: Getting to town is between a 9-12 minute drive. There is a bus stop across the road.

I will consider pets if they can absolutely promise not to scratch or bite anything. My previous house mates dog scratched at my fence.

I'm more into fitness and keeping active.

I'm the only occupant. I'm the owner occupier. I'm into fitness and sports. I don't really party. I pride myself on having the best edges on the street. I keep my yard maintained. I have mostly great neighbours and we help each other out.
Compatible people
I can maintain the yard and cleaning myself but it would be nice if you were able to help out and vacuum or mow occasionally. I prefer housemates who have a job and understand the importance of keeping quiet during the day when I'm on night shift.
