The apartment is located in the Midnight building in Braddon - located close to the hustle and bustle of the Canberra nightlife*
You'll have your own underground carpark, access to the pool, gym, sauna and internet as part of your rent - and, as a resident you get 20% off coffee and drinks at the bar downstairs (I mean, honestly, this is the deal of a century).
The apartment is fully furnished (including everything you need, washing machine/dryer etc etc), except for your room - all you'll need to bring is yourself, your bed and whatever else you need.
The room also has a huge wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors and an amazing view out to Braddon.
There is no air-conditioning in the room itself (but hey, we're coming into winter), but there is a standing heater and fan.
