Description of the home
Due to the departure of my housemate for Sydney, his large bedroom is available in our sunny Braddon apartment. The apartment is fantastically located, just 5 minutes walk from Civic and the hustle and bustle of Lonsdale Street.
It is fully-furnished (except for the room), has a modern kitchen and a sunny balcony. There are also two underground car-bays (I don't have a car) and a storage 'cage' for bits and bobs.
The room is available in early June, but can be free a little sooner if needs be.
