Please note: new flatmate must be willing to go through an application process with the real estate agent to go on the lease. This usually means you would have to prove you have enough income and provide previous rental details, if any.

- Great location - easy walking distance to Braddon shops and Civic.

- Large open living/dining/kitchen area with reverse cycle air conditioning. Separate laundry with dryer. Smallish balcony overlooking the central courtyard and pool.

- The apartment is in a lovely little complex with an outdoor pool - perfect in the warmer months!

- Please note there are lots of stairs in the complex, and internal stairs in the apartment up to the bedrooms. Regrettably, the room may not suit someone with mobility issues.

- The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, with a combination of the landlord's and my own furniture. There's not much room for additional furniture.
