About occupants
Hey, I’m Billy! I’m 20 and a full-time student in my fourth year of chemistry and astrophysics. Generally pretty chill and keep to myself. Sometimes I’ll have friends over for drinks or a catch-up, but nothing wild, and I’ll always be mindful of your space. If you’re up for it, I’m happy to hang out and be social, but if you prefer to do your own thing, that’s totally cool too.

I’m really into cooking—especially vegan baking—so expect fresh bread and baked goods pretty often. Outside of that, I’m into camping/bushwalking (though I’m a bit limited without a car, so bonus points if you have one!). I also enjoy a good night out clubbing when I get the chance.
Compatible people
Ideally, I’d like to live with another student or young professional in their 20's—someone clean and respectful of shared spaces. It's not super strict household, but I do value tidiness, so I’m after someone who’s happy to do their part. No strict rules on noise, smoking, or anything like that—just looking for open communication so we’re on the same page.
