Positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac at the rear of the complex, the townhouse has open-plan living areas and a well-appointed kitchen. Your room will be downstairs, and comes with your own shower and toilet. Outside offers an enclosed garden. There is free off-street parking.

We are situated close within walking distance to Civic and Braddon, and good transport links to the Parliamentary Triangle. The bus stop on Northbourne Ave is a 5 mins walk away and the buses come regularly to the Civic bus interchange.

AIRBNB - We have a spare room upstairs that we use for occasional airbnb guests, family and friends.

There is another spare room that we use for storage/ study/ music etc. These rooms including ours are on a different level to your room.
