Hi all! Advertising our Downer room as a previous applicant pulled out last minute. If you’re looking for a cozy, well-located sharehouse, feel free to reach out!

The room: medium-sized and fits a double or queen bed, unfurnished with a built-in wardrobe, shared bathroom with two others, $215/week (paid fortnightly) + $880 bond, bills split equally, ducted heating & aircon plus a ceiling fan.

About the house:

two-storey townhouse with lots of natural light,

3 bedrooms upstairs with a fourth bedroom and living/kitchen downstairs, carpeted bedrooms and tiled common areas,

furnished common spaces with room for your things,

parking available, both on street and in garage.

(3-min walk to Dickson shops, 10-min walk to the tram, 15-min drive or around 30-min tram to the city, close to Mt Ainslie and Mt Majura, located on a quiet, leafy street in Downer.)

Move-in date: ASAP

About us: we’re three women working full-time with interests in running, camping, cooking and reading. We’re usually busy but enjoy a chat when we see each other.

We’re looking for a female-identifying housemate who is tidy, respectful and experienced with sharehouse living, social but values downtime, can pay rent and bills on time, and is happy to go on the lease (6–12 months).
