Hello future house mate! ☺️
Our beloved housemate is moving out on the 10th of August, so we have a room available. The house is only 5 years old, is modern, clean, full of plants and we are the only ones who have lived in it.
The house comes with a large backyard (with blossom and plum trees).
You will be living with me, my dog and my partner, we are 30 years old.
We have a small old dog who is quite shy and starting to develop dementia, so are looking for someone relatively quiet with no pets.

We have plenty of car space, and the house is a battle axe block so we have lots of privacy.
The house is fully stocked, including kitchen, and you are welcome to use anything you like.
About us:
I am a full time Executive assistant and pottery artist, Mani is a full time tattoo artist. We are loving parents to our little Jack Russel, Dobby (aka chicken nugget). We enjoy going away down the coast, cooking, making art, playing games, PlayStation, and quiet nights in.
We are very kind, respectful, clean, and generally quiet people but love getting to know others! 🥰
About you:
We are looking for preferably a female, no pets, someone friendly and around our age give or take, someone who doesn’t mind helping around the house and garden, and someone who isn’t too rowdy (loud at night/parties etc).

Gowrie shops is only a 5 minute walk down the road, and Erindale shops a 5 minute drive.
