• Guests: This isn’t a lockdown house. Your people are welcome here, as long as they’re chill, clean up after themselves and are respectful of the home and the people who live here. You take full responsibility for whoever you bring over. If you have a partner who starts spending most of their week here, there's no drama - we’ll just have an open chat to adjust the utility contribution and reflect the extra usage.
