The apartment is within the Renaissance development complex, across the road from Manuka shops; located within walking distance to Manuka oval, lake Burley-Griffin, Kingston shops, Parliament House and surrounding government departments and companies. The bus stop is in front of the apartment complex if you don't have a car. If you do, there is a dedicated car spot in the secure underground carpark.
The complex also has communal living and games room and multiple outdoor bbq areas.
The bedroom available has its own dedicated bathroom.
