I am are looking for a new tenant for a house in Hackett next to Park and Mt Majura Reserve. Great place for nature lovers with walks all around this part of the Majura reserve and Kangaroos next to the house at night.

The available space for RENT:
You would have the 2 Bedrooms as your own in a 4 Bedrooms house (one for a bedrooms and the other for an Office/Media Room etc) and share the Kitchen: there are two fridges (one each); Laundry etc; 5 Mins walk to bustop and 22 mins by bus (route 50 and 53) into ANU or Civic. "In Hackett, the primary bus routes are 50 and 53. Route 50 connects Hackett to Watson, Downer, Dickson, Lyneham, O'Connor, and the City Interchange. Route 53 travels from Dickson to the National Museum via Hackett and Ainslie"

YOUR RENT FOR TWO BEDROOMS would be $340 per week or $1473 per month (worked out over the year) payable each month in advance on the 13th of the month.

I am an Arts worker with a sustainability outlook. I am amiable, warm and inviting. I am a Pescatarian (I eat fish) but mostly eat vegetarian foods, though have no problems with others cooking and eating meat.
