Am offering 2 smaller rooms to the one occupant in a 3 bedroom townhouse. Everything here is new and clean. Rent is including front balcony, a bedroom and a secondary room to use as a second living room/study/hang out room as desired.
The rooms are smaller so am offering 2 instead of one larger room, and are right next to the bathroom and toilet, and both have an adjoining balcony that looks on to the street.
Both rooms have built in wardrobes, as well as cooling/heating and a fan if needed.
Must be ok with living with a cat, and am looking for someone whos happy to have dinner/drink/ok with company every now and then.
