Description of the home

My house is a single storey townhouse in a quiet spot. The neighbours are excellent and the views are very relaxing.

The house itself is quite simple - a 3 bedroom home, with a shared living/dining/kitchen area.

The living space includes a couch, coffee table, bookshelf with lots of books and magazines (Delicious, The Economist). I have a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is well stocked.

I have a small garden which I am hoping to progressively work on, to include vegetables, small trees, grass and one day a patio. It has a long way to go but a lot of potential.

One of my bedrooms is mine, and another is currently set up for yoga/Pilates. My third room is the one I am looking to rent out - it is currently set up as the guest room, including a sofa bed and built in wardrobe. I am looking to relocate the guest bed to the yoga room and rent out the guest room.

Close proximity to public transport, excellent Thai food, and a Woolworths.

I'm female, in my early 30s. I work hard at my day job and am quite active but enjoy my quiet and down time. I tend to work a lot during the week and do activities, and on the weekend relax and perhaps have the odd dinner party.

I am a non-smoker, I like the odd glass of wine, I do not like drama and drugs are a solid no.
